I have been very fortunate to connect with some incredible folks in the Cobb County School District. This will be my second school year providing onsite training and consulting for all of the middle and high school drama/chorus teachers and theater systems in the county. I’m having a blast getting to meet so many talented teacher-directors and getting to pass on some knowhow.
Today, I’ll be leading an all-day workshop for all of the drama teachers. We’ll be focusing on audio… From the very basics to some pretty in depth techniques for getting the most out of their audio systems. Microphone types, speaker placement, feedback prevention, gain structure, wireless systems…you name it. I think we’ll have fun!
